100 Steps

做出个人通信卫星的 100 步路线图（公开安全版）

这 100 步不是电路、频率、火箭或发射教程，而是把“我想做出个人通信卫星”拆成一条合法、可审查、可记录的路线：先把任务缩小成一条可验证 LEO 消息，再通过非飞行原型、接收/仿真练习、托管/合作路径、合格评审和 no-go 纪律向前推进。
